James joined the
City of Borger in 1995. He previously spent
10 years in the private Engineering practice,
11 years in the surveying practice, and 10 years
in public works.
James holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University
and is a Registered Professional Engineer and
a Registered Land Surveyor.
James and his wife Suzanne, are the proud
parents of 2.
