The Planning and
Zoning Commission, comprised of seven members
appointed by the City Council, is tasked with
the development and recommendation of the City's
Comprehensive plan.
The Planning & Zoning Commission plans and
makes recommendations to the City Council concerning
develpment, redevelopment, platting, re-platting,
of property, zoning or rezoning of property
and the recommendation of issuance of Specific
Use Permits.
