The Zoning Board
of Adjustment is comprised of 5 members and
2 alternate members. The Board of Adjustment
hears appeals from citizens in regards to administrative
decisions and zoning variances. The Board has
limited judicial authority and can compel attendance
and testimony. The Board's decision may only
be appealed to the District Court.
All appeals before the Zoning Board of Adjustment
require a $50.00 filing fee.
